EXP increases for every 20 levels: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 100x
Drop increases every 20 levels: 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 15x

Previously all players were unable to buy the item due to there being no NX Prepaid funds available through any means.
